Contact
One address reaches us, and a person reads it. EarnedEcho is a small team, so please put what you need in the first message rather than waiting for a reply to explain.
hello@earnedecho.com
01 Did you get an email asking for a review?
Then a business you hired used EarnedEcho to send it. You can unsubscribe from the link in that email and you will never hear from us for that business again. If you would rather we deleted your details outright, write to us with the email address that received it — you do not need to go through the business, and we will not ask you why.
02 What to send where
| If you want to | Say this in the subject |
|---|---|
| Get help with the product | Support — and the business name |
| See, correct or delete your data | Data request |
| Stop receiving review requests | Unsubscribe — and the address that got it |
| Close your account | Close account |
| Report a security problem | Security — details below |
| Ask about a partnership or press | Partnership or Press |
03 Something in a report looks wrong
Tell us which line and what you expected. Every figure in a report comes from a check we can re-run, and we would rather correct it than defend it. If a check was wrong we will say so and re-issue the report.
04 Data and deletion requests
Email us from the address on the account, or tell us which business the data belongs to, so we can be sure we are talking to the right person. We will delete the account, reports, customer records and send history, then confirm. We aim to finish within 30 days, usually far sooner. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
05 Security reports
If you have found a vulnerability, please tell us before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. Include what you did, what you saw, and anything we need to reproduce it. We will confirm receipt quickly and keep you posted until it is closed.
Please do not run tests that degrade the service, and do not access or alter data belonging to anyone else.
06 Who we are
EarnedEcho is operated by EastLight Labs (이스트라이트랩스), a company registered in the Republic of Korea, serving businesses in the United States. We work in English and Korean — write in either.
